A list of courses is provided on the registration form. Online, Independent Studies, & Winter Night School Registration 2011-12. Complete the form and emailed to us. Once we receive tuition payment, we will contact you to start the course.
Online Courses
Online learning provides students digital curriculum in most academic areas. Apex Learning, a local company, is known to be a great provider of online courses. NWLS uses their online curriculum and our teachers.
Depending on whether a student is taking the “full fledged” or a credit recovery course, the lessons are web-based. Some assignments are corrected online and others are corrected by our teachers.
Apex offers regular, Honors, Advance Placement, and Exam Prep courses. Other Math and English courses are available for students who are struggling.

Independent Study
Like online courses, independent studies offer students a high level of time flexibility. Instead of web-based, these courses are textbook-based and therefore can be more flexible with the content. We match the student skills with the course.
They are independently completed with minimal support, but we can offer more assistance for additional cost.
